Project Description: Barnhill Contracting Company out of North Carolina reached out to MIELKE’s Tampa office to provide design assist plumbing & HVAC services for this important building located at Ft. Stewart in Georgia. Our scope of work included all plumbing underground through finishes, including a state of the art solar hot water heating system for the domestic water.  The HVAC system utilizes a geothermal water loop serving 33- indoor heat pumps throughout the facility as well as a dedicated outside air unit.  Several ductless mini-split systems, all pumps, related piping and chemical treatment systems round out our HVAC scope of work.  MIELKE is honored to have had the opportunity to participate in the construction of such an important facility for our wounded Veterans.
