Project Description: MIELKE constructed this Butler Pre-engineered metal Building for Freeman Construction.  The structure measures 300′ x 350′ x 28′ High.  Our team pre-assembled bays or “pods” on the ground and then used two cranes to simultaneously lift the pre-assembled units into place.  This approach allows much more work to be completed on the ground in lieu of in the air; thereby greatly reducing safety risks and increasing efficiency.  This logistics facility has 9- dock high doors and 2- 12’x14′ grade level doors.
